Open Door Nightshelter
Open Door is an emergency nightshelter and day centre in Bricket Road, St Albans.
Every night, since 1993, Open Door has provided emergency shelter for vulnerable, homeless people in St Albans - over 7,000 of them. Plans are now underway to redevelop and refurbish the old Victorian building that Open Door uses, click here for more information on the redevelopment programme.
Paid staff and volunteers work together at the Open Door to create a welcoming environment.
