Contact the Home Ownership Team
The Home Ownership team is responsible for the management of leasehold, shared ownership, key worker and intermediate rent homes. This includes checking that payments are made in accordance with leases or tenancies. The team also deals with enquiries about renting, intermediate rent and key worker properties, processing Right to buy, Right to Acquire and Social Homebuy applications.
