Estate Inspections
During the year members of the Housing Team carry out pre-planned inspections of all our estates, click here for the latest schedule. You can join the inspection and give your views about your home and the area in which you live. If you are unable to attend the inspection you can also put any concerns and requests in writing, email or by telephone.
Resident Inspectors
Initially working with Hightown’s own Estate Quality Inspectors, we are keen to recruit Resident Inspectors to visit our estates inspecting services such as cleaning and grass cutting. You may also go on to check standards of properties when they are empty before being relet, and make sure that we are doing what we say we do. Being hands on, Resident Inspectors will have a significant influence on the services we provide. We will provide training for the role and teach you new skills. This will require quite a lot of commitment, and could suit residents who are not currently working but looking to learn new skills and gain really useful experience.
