Tenant Services Authority

The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is the regulator for social housing, and aims to raise the standard of services for tenants.

Members of the public are invited to attend the TSA's open Board meetings as observers, giving them the chance to see how the TSA Board operates and discusses key issues of concern to tenants and landlords. Among other things, the agenda includes the performance of the social housing regulator, and how the TSA are working to ensure there is sufficient funding to build new homes.

Anyone interested in attending the open Board meetings can register by email to tsaboardmeeting@tsa.gsx.gov.uk with the subject line “Board Meeting Registration”. Open Board papers will be published on the TSA website (www.tenantservicesauthority.org) the week before the meetings.

Board meetings are usually held at Maple House, 149 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 7BN.  Seating is limited and an email confirmation will be sent once a request has been accepted.
